Directed strategy, development and implementation of Well Fargo's proprietary ATM, Shared Network, and Debit Card products and Services. Responsible for market development, merchandising, operations, training, installations, vendor management, and systems development.

Vice President & Manager Strategic Planning and Technology Express Banking Division 1989 - 1993. Responsible for the strategic Systems Planning for the 5th largest ATM Network in the U.S.. Directed activities of a staff of ten project managers whose primary function was to specify, test, and implement all ATM, Point of Sale, and related Electronic Banking Systems. Evaluated new systems and technologies from conception then installed them while maintaining high ATM availability standards.

Assistant Vice President and Systems Application Manager Credit Card Division 1987 - 1989. Manager of the Credit Card Customer Service and Credit Card Interchange applications. Supervisor of a staff of 12 application developers. Responsible for project planning, staff assignments, performance reviews, user coordination and project tracking. Major projects included implementation of a $1.4M on-line collection system including an AUTODIAL interface used to automatically contact customers, a new technology at the time.

Project Manager Credit Card Division 1985 - 1987. Reporting to Systems Group Manager, Credit Card Systems Development District. Provided technical leadership to a staff of six programmers in the development of large-scale IBM on-line computer systems. Work consisted of business liaison, application design, analysis, coordination, and implementation. Managed application conversions for the Crocker Bank Merger.
